To ensure a positive, consistent experience for both clients and trainer, please review the following terms and policies. These guidelines help support effective training, clear communication, and fairness for everyone.
Session Pricing & Packages
Training Rates
- Puppy training (4‑session package): $475 + tax
- Adult dogs:
- Single session (1 hour): $150 + tax
- 4‑session package: $590 + tax
- 8‑session package: $1,160 + tax
After completing the initial 8‑session package, follow‑up sessions are available at a rate of $140 per hour, plus tax.
Pack Walk Rates
- Pack walks (1 hour): $35.00 + tax
All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
Package Expiry
Session packages are intended to support consistent, timely training.
- All session packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase
- Unused sessions remaining after the expiry date are forfeited
- Extensions are not guaranteed and may be considered only in exceptional circumstances
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, may be charged in full
- This policy helps ensure availability for all clients and respects reserved training time
Waivers & Participation
All clients are required to:
- Complete an intake form prior to training
- Sign a waiver before the first session
